Throw Your Voice 2 has been postponed until further notice. It will be rescheduled and information about that will appear on this website and sent to the OKC Podcasting Email List.

This was not an easy decision to make.

For an event like Throw Your Voice to be a success, requires a lot of time both in planning and in execution. You need to have a large number of factors fall into place to insure that you have both resources and content available for the event.

I do not feel that these things are in place to allow Throw Your Voice to be a successful event at this moment. Instead of trudging forward, and having you attend a conference that is of no value to you , which might in turn create a negative feeling towards Throw Your Voice, The OKC Podcasting Club and the Oklahoma City Coworking Collaborative, we would rather stop now and regroup and take the time to really plan the event fully and make sure it will live up to your, and our, expectations.

Oklahoma City's Podcasting and New Media Conference

What is this?

Throw Your Voice is a single day conference for podcasters, videocasters and other new media producers that will be held at the Oklahoma City Coworking Collaborative in Midtown Oklahoma City on Saturday April 17th, 2010.

Breakfast will begin at 8am and the first session will begin at 10am and sessions will continue throughout the day. We anticipate the event ending around 4pm.

Participating

While we expect to have a number of great speakers lined up for you to learn from, we intend this event to be as much about participating as it is about just attending. We all have something to offer! Come share what you know with us!

How do I register

Registration will cost $20 per person and will be limited to 100 people. This fee will cover the event, all sessions and talks, a breakfast, a lunch, as well as snacks and beverages throughout the day.
